3031 Media creates and supports media for education, wellness, and spiritual growth.
Mike and Jas: After long careers in Silicon Valley, we now commit our efforts and professional experience to promote education, health, and spiritual growth through media, especially in underserved communities. We've partnered with others to support media and media technology projects in Haiti, Laos, Mexico, India, Chile, Tanzania, and more. In the United States, our new wellness workshops focus on six areas of wellness rooted in a faith foundation. Expect healthy servings of love, faith, and laughter in everything we create and share!
We're partners in life as well as outreach. Our life together is blessed by family time, travel, music, camping, hiking, kayaking, and skiing.
Why 3031? Two reasons: First, media is our gospel plow. Acts 8:30-31 suggests one area where we try to make ourselves useful.
Second, in journalism, "30" indicates the end of an article or transmission. "31" is a wink at our intention to keep going! (Psalm 71:18)
